How far in advance should I order?
I generally open my calendar about 2 months ahead of time. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date, and is also used to begin sourcing custom cookie cutters, sprinkle mixes, and any other special materials I may need for your order. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to pickup.
Do you make allergen-free treats?
I currently offer treats that do not contain nuts or gluten as an ingredient, however my kitchen is not nut- or gluten-free. While every precaution is taken, all treats are made on shared equipment and cross-contact cannot be guaranteed. I currently do not offer vegan or dairy-free treats.
Do you ship cookies?
Unfortunately under the regulations of my Connecticut cottage food license, I am unable to offer shipping.
Can you copy a design from a photo I found?
I love when customers send me photos for inspiration! While I cannot copy another cookie or cake artist's designs exactly, I am happy to take that idea and put my own twist on it. I can also take inspiration from your theme, invitations, party supplies, and/or color schemes to create something completely unique!
How are your cookies packaged?
All cookies are wrapped in a clear cello bag and heat sealed for freshness (included in the price). As these are often used for party favors, each cookie will have its own ingredient label and allergen warning for safety. The cookies are then placed in a gift box with paper shred to prevent breakage.
